That is the worst. I was only able to get myself out of it by forcing myself to go to a coffeeshop or library to write a few times a week.
You might want to try and find a place that puts you in the right headspace. Just having a place that is, "Oh yeah, I write when I'm here", helps a ton.
And remember words are words, 200 is just as good as 2000. Be proud of whatever you manage to do!
