Heigarchy of needs but the only level is just the fundamental need to be told I am a good girl for soaking my padding while getting buzzy time and holding a plushie tightly and nuking on a pacimuzzle while half swirl brained
Too much of a dummy little girl to even do your own buzzies, up there on the changing table with the wand teased at you, on an off, by your caretaker while the sparkly lights above and noise cancelling speaker build into the headboard ensure that any thoughts beyond fuzzy nullie cummies and plushie huggies are but a distant dream.
This is also exactly what my hierarchy of needs looks like, you hit the nail on the head and I had to throw this together
