Im certain that Dracthyr will eventually be able to be regular classes. Not every Dracthyr is an evoker. The PC Dracthyr for Dragonflight, the one who does the Dracthyr opening questline just happens to be one.
oh yeah i'm fully expecting one of the endgame chapters to be a "the dracthyr find their place in the world" arc leading to non-hero dracthyr classes
