my first decently-public username was "shugo-wolf" because I liked .hack and I was a wolf
then I was a red panda, and went by "shugowah"
and that was over a decade ago, but it's the name I was using when I begin getting attention for art and building a social media presence so it's just. my name now, haha. largely meaningless
i never had real species representation from my old usernames on twitter myself
“pixlsheep” but never a sheep
“werewolfmoms” but never a werewolf.
i kinda thought the disassociation was funny haha
