I guess my goal for this year of 2023 is to actually save money. It's a bit more ambitious of a goal than my usual "survive and have next month's rent already put aside". I kinda cruise through life without goals and dreams so while having money isn't a particularly inspiring goal to work towards, but it's something.
This is a pain because I need a new mattress.... and phone... and those are both chunks of money so I keep putting it off... I'll just be smarter, more thrifty, live less in the moment a lil bit and remember I have a future ahead of me....!!!
The secondary goal is to keep practising japanese! I've managed to keep it up since around christmas, and while it's baby steps every day I am taking those daily baby steps! Learning a language is fun, and much more manageable than a vague goal like "get better at art!". Why learn japanese? To read japanese materials and games! Why improve at art? to uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm still in that beginner motivation period but the fact I've kept it up for like 3 weeks now is something I don't manage with a lot of things I pick up so I'm jazzed about it.
Otherwise I'd like to make more character dolls. I have much overdue comms to do.... and I want to improve in that area too. That can tie into my "save up money" goal obviously but ahhhhh I wish it wasn't my career.... aaahhhh.... I just wanna make dolls for fun...
