Yeah, Keith has really been killing off some of the best characters imo and he really did a disservice to Ecclectic.
Leap could have just stayed outside.
Tbh it's not even the choice itself that bugs me, it's the botched execution. Although, as other people have pointed out, the choice to replace Ecclectic with Leap also resulted in the representation of the indigenous Palisade resistance being reduced to just one player character.
