Pseudoephedrine + loratadine 12hr is not super expensive, otc-but-you-gotta-ask-the-pharmacist-because-it-works-good-and-is-generic, and really helps me with spring allergies, if you haven't tried it
mm! ty for the rec, i don't think usual brands like Zyrtec work, i will pay money & even talk to a person to make this problem go away
Zyrtech is cetirizine, a close cousin of loratadine (they're both 2nd gen/"non drowsy" antihistamines) but pseudoephedrine is a extremely effective decongestant with a very mild upper effect, so the combo tends to basically make me feel normal by way of drying up my sinus and sorting out the nasty flu-like body feels, while the mild upper and mild downer effects seem to cancel. If the pharmacist doesn't understand what you mean by 12-hour loratadine/pseudoephedrine combo, they may know it as "generic 12-hour claritin-D"
(I am not a doctor I'm just a nerd with incredibly annoying allergies, etc., etc.)
