i have had positive antigen tests for covid for over 4 weeks now

despite this, i finally worked up the courage to follow CDC guidance and just try a little exercise (walking around outside) to see if it feels good.

weeks 1 and 2 an equivalent walk would have wiped me out for the rest of the day. week 3 i would probably have gotten a mild headache from it. now it's past week 4 and i'm feeling fine?? even did some slightly more intense things at the gym today (N95-ed up, obv) and feeling great. i was worried about developing long covid, but maybe the guidance is right after all...

still sucks that much of my exercise progress has been effectively reset from a month of nothing, and I can't eat together with friends safely until I test negative. on the other hand, i will get to re-experience the joys of rapid progress & being outside, which will be good. been planning a silly photo shoot for a while now, hopefully i can make good on that next weekend!
