Pretty sure it'd be diabetic friendly too as ive found that peanut butter and granola don't seem to spike blood sugar much.

It sounds divine, once i get some granola i wanna try it, i recently made some simple peanut butter cookies that are just sugar, egg and peanut butter, i wanna add some walnut chunks next time i bake them.
Yessssss! The three ingredient pb cookies are a staple here too.
