This is actually the first space marine I've finished. After painting camo on a bunch of Orks the body being flat black comes as something of a relief! The pauldron being purple with gold trim borrows from my younger brother's successor chapter, the details of which I am not yet privy to.
Also, please forgive my power sword - I haven't the patience to layer four colors of paint to make a fancy effect.
