I had a blast playing One Last Job with some friends a couple of weeks ago, and now I have a TERRIBLE IDEA that requires me to explain how the game works, but trust me when I say it's a good bit.
One Last Job starts with the GM playing a fixer/creditor/mob boss cajoling one of the players into accepting one last job before they're out of the game for good. The RP during this conversation determines the first player's skillset, but also sets up The Catastrophe, a terrible event in the group's past that caused them to try to go straight and/or sent them to prison. Once all that's decided, the first player then goes to recruit another member of the group, assigning them their role - fence, B&E expert, face, hacker, driver, etc.
