There's something about a once adult loudly announcing they love their dirty diapers that is just so lovely. Something they should be clearly embarrassed by yet their love and need for a pair of packed pamps completely overrides that.
I do think the kobolds would be lucky to serve such a dragon who openly loves their diapers so much though~

Those kobolds are VERY lucky! They get to do so much! Change their dragon, mush his diapers him, shove them against his snout! AND they set up playdates with other diaper-loving dragons!
The stinky Dragonlords LOVE having mushy, pushy playdates with each other!
Playdates that consist of showing off how big each of their "hoards" are which quickly become showing off how full they can make their diapers~
And before each playdate the kobolds get to dress up their fussy dragons in the most embarrassingly adorable outfits they can find.
