i switched to it and stopped using the youtube app. even though browser youtube on mobile is a bit wonky (taps and double taps are sometimes just ignored) its still so much better than watching ads
i was surprised to see even SponsorBlock work on mobile firefox!!!
Did they finally go back on the ass-backwards plugin whitelist they introduced with Fenix? Also still mad they stripped out about:config on Android, it used to be a far more capable browser.
about:config is still available on mobile nightly, not sure why they blocked it in stable
I really wanna use Firefox mobile but it just randomly crashes on my phone. Vivaldi has some good built in adblock though. Thankfully newpipe still works for YouTube.
tbh at that point for youtube I feel like you may as well just use revanced? less janky than the mobile site, ad block + sponsorblock, dearrow thumbnails, return dislikes, tons of customizability... absolutely the best browser on mobile simply because it has ublock origin and tampermonkey but I wouldn't use it for youtube
