"we have the capital why don't they love us"

and in the article

the executives do read as baffled WHY the workers are not enthusiastic about generating their wealth
and makes them sound absolutely sociophatic.

"What motivates them, and how do I help them decide to affiliate with what the mission of the enterprise is?"

PAY
THE
WORKERS

PAY THE WORKERS WHAT THEY ARE WORTH.
but that is not what they want.

They do not want workers

they want infinitely replaceable commoditized slave cogs, who live and breathe for the company. They want infinite employee loyalty while they give none fucking back.

but that is the thing
executives, capital

they do not really think workers are actually human.
Only THEY and the higher classes are. The rest? Mindless rabble, not worth considering.

Capital is inhuman, because it dehumanizes everyone

After reading the article I'm fairly certain the founder being quoted here is not criticizing the workers, but people seem to be reading it that way. He's saying management is out of touch (he is not currently the management)
