i went to the gym four days a week for two weeks[1]. while it had some positive effects, overall i hated it and didn't continue beyond my self-prescribed two weeks

now i get exercise regularly somehow else which i like way better. still, i wouldn't say it's changing my life or anything
putting this out there as a counter-voice people who push exercise as unconditionally life-changing or as a cure-all
nb. exercise definitely is important tho
