Computing, especially in video games, is pretty terrible at standards and naming things. But can we PLEASE just agree on which mouse buttons are which. Left click is Mouse 1. Why is anyone 0 indexing something that's literally entirely user facing??? Only insane people would call middle click "Mouse 2". The side buttons are "Mouse 4 and Mouse 5"!!!

How about a compromise where left, right, and middle are 0, 1, and 2 respectively, while the side buttons are 4 and 5. There is no mouse button 3.
