It’s amazing how much you have to re-plan when you no longer have a working fridge for a long period of time, it especially makes it harder during the holidays when a lot of restaurants are closed and you really need to plan ahead
It’s definitely the compressor that’s the issue with the fridge and the repair tech isn’t able to do anything until he gets the new part in, which will be another TWO WEEKS without a working fridge -_-
