Simply don't. After awhile someone determined to take things poorly is simply going to do so no matter what you do.
a philosophical principle or rule that allows one to shave off or eliminate unlikely possibilities with reasonable certainty, even if it doesn't eliminate them entirely (so yeah, occam's razor is probably the most famous of them these days)
