We have to save the past by going to the future! No, don't ask how that works it's complicated and involves 5D chess.

REP stands for "Raptorial Educational Platform"! I come fully loaded with military grade laser pointers and Powerpoint.

So between those fighters the US and UK sent out, Jordanian defenses and Israeli aircraft and air defense systems, a claimed shoot-down rating of 99% is currently being circulated.

Volley fire of munitions from Iran seems to have exceeded 200ish drones and anywhere from 70 to 150 long range missiles. I've seen pictures of lawn chairs toppled over as memes dramatizing the overall strategic and tactical impact the Iranian attack has resulted in.

Iran has been under sanctions for so many years and continues to produce relatively sophisticated munitions despite it. I heard on a stream covering the event by Ukrainian civilian pilot Denys Davydov that roughly 600 or so of the longer range munitions exist capable of hitting Israel, but my estimation is that wasn't necessarily the case.

As the smoke clears over Jordan and Israel, I guess we'll start to see more information come available. So far it seems that the Iranians have suffered a pretty expensive waste of munitions in exchange for chest thumping so fucking hard it sent a lot of people (myself included) scrambling to figure out if this was gonna be the moment.

It might be fine. Possibly. Probably. If this is the Iranian retaliation for that Embassy Strike earlier, it seems a little overkill and under-performing. CNN seems to think as much, anyway.
