if this is a legitimate question, it's a story of a DnD style adventuring party led by a brother and sister, and the sister is killed in the dungeon so everyone who remains is trying to find her body to resurrect her. The party has no money for supplies, so out of desperation they have to hunt and eat the monsters inside the dungeon to survive. It's treated as a monster-of-the-week comedy in the beginning, with added flavor of cooking shows and themes of needing to eat properly and get enough rest. Things escalate from that point to an extreme degree that is hard to elaborate on without spoiling the story. It has maybe the best character writing I've ever read, paired with a huge cast that all gets thoroughly fleshed out. The original manga art is also some of the most stunning illustration work i've ever seen

no problem!! :D dungeon meshi is the kind of series thats hard to promote to people because what it is changes pretty drastically from start to end, and i think a lot of people dont talk about what it starts out as which is... pretty important for new fans! It's also a very slow start, but it's all extremely intentional as the direction of the whole story was clearly planned out before it even began
