finally saw my psychiatrist again! i've pretty much always had complete trust in her, meaning i could be open and honest with her about my 3x30mg shenanigans - got upped from 30mg caps to 40mg ones! :p
i only got a single pack of 'em (so ~2 weeks' worth), but after that's used up i can either keep going with the 40mg caps, or we can go up again to 2x50mg(hell yeah!!) - and to top it off i can just text her for a new prescription!!
