i'm really only miffed about the randomness of these bouts of anxiety. last week was fine. weekend was mostly fine. nothing "bad" happened... and yet i'm just really feeling on edge for some reason.

...then again i HAVE taken note of having trouble getting back "into the groove" of life outside my tiny little apartment after a couple of days of staying inside and, y'know, not talking to anyone - especially if i've been just gaming for most of it.
ugh... i gotta figure this shit out.
