had an HR meeting at the end of my shift today. briefly touched on unfair treatment and what to do when observed. afterwards, i noticed some of the other shift were also heading outside. for a smoke.
afaik that's not an everyday occurrence (only after big meetings like that, so once or twice a month) but i'm pretty sure an "extra little break" like that wouldn't slide for us non-smokers... and i think the rest of the smokers only go during actual breaks.
like. not to be a fucking cop but i just don't think being "rewarded" for having an unhealthy/destructive habit is exactly fair tbh
