updated my logitech software in the hopes that doing so would fix my issue of having to kill and relaunch the damn thing every time i wake up from hibernation to re-enable my custom keybinds. what happened instead was that now it will simply Crash when prompted to Scroll Up or Scroll Down using a custom bind ":)"
