i feel like i'd suppressed myself for so long that i really just sorta didn't "get" stimming anymore (other than having something to do with my hands because otherwise i'd just chew through my fingers), especially vocal stimming... this week however i found a way to make some rumbly/growly guttural noises; felt pretty dumb about it at first, but practise has made it feel and sound more fun, and now i'm kinda just loving it :3
