saw a post on tumblr today about how quickly a lack of sleep can ramp up (going 10 nights at only 7 hours of sleep is roughly equal to going 24 hours without sleep, or something), and if so then holy fuck. i only got like maybe 15 hours the whole week before christmas, so no wonder it's taken me ages to recover from that >.>
