like. i'm so goddamn sore that it takes me ages just to take a shower and eat before bed. i'm just so sluggish...
and hell, i kinda don't even WANT to go to bed (side note: that's kinda fucked up in itself!) because i don't want to have to try and sleep in pain!! i want to be cozy and comfy in bed, not suffering and stressing out over if i'll get to sleep for long enough while also not sacrificing too much of my time before it's time to head back to work (and continue breaking my body🙃) again
I KNEW IT i overslept by an hour and a half and i'm still in pain. this is just awful...
i'm gonna have to talk to my shift manager. really nervous about my composure though - not that losing it would be "bad" for my cause; i just get so nervous whenever i talk about an issue that's important to me (some underlying fear of being misunderstood or misinterpreted, maybe??)
