just wanted to say it's so frustrating how dependant i am on my meds: as soon as their effect wanes, i become so much more susceptible to Dumb Bitch Thoughts™️... and since they're seemingly just barely enough for a full day for me, it's another reason why i need to keep my sleep schedule in check :v
