now I wonder, how close could you get to these colors on a real C64 using temporal dithering
nice! how did you generate this? and do you have a link to the source image? i'd kinda like to compare it to the converter i wrote for Playscii...
imosaic.net for software, normal and inverse charset for source images, then manually creating “foreground”/“background” colors from a source image, reduced to 8x8 blocks. Will have to hunt down the source, but this method works really well, will try and find more I’ve made in the past.
