We also have a nearby place named Dallas Pizza, which is a great chance for me to insist that Dallas-style pizza is a real thing that exists

all I know is a Cambridge, Massachusettes Pizza costs 30$ and comes from a place with a weird name and probably offers mashed potatoes as a replacement for cheese

Canadian Pizza chain. I would say it is a fairly 'normal style' pizza (pan pizza. not thin crust. it is a bit less greasy than most chain places I guess)
Yeah I think the thing is at least some Canadians think "Boston pizza" is a real style because of the restaurant and not just like some thing some Canadian came up with
boston pizza is a canadian chain restaurant but i have never met anyone who thinks "boston style pizza" is a thing
also despite the name they're not really a pizza place. they're an olive-garden tier sitdown restaurant more known for their sandwiches and appetizers
