They want you gone if you're remotely visibly queer. They suspended our bookstore's business account (you know the one, we published Emptied Spaces) for "sexually explicit content." We all know there's nothing more explicit than you can find at your local B&N, and that someone reported us with the intent of damaging the business. Simply existing is too much for these people.

and their front-line customer service people have the authority to say they will not file an appeal, even if you already provided appropriate legal paperwork
