They removed hypnosis content recently under the guise that it was "non-consensual". Now they've removed ABDL content under the guise that it's "sexualized minors".
I'm saying this totally and completely unironically, it is a very small step to ban furry content under the guise of it being animal cruelty or zoo or anything else.
It's not even like "oh, they updated the TOS and darn it, I have a month to find a new location." It was done with ZERO warning and ZERO appeals allowed, two days before payday. Anyone who has anything approaching non-vanilla content should be very scared and wary of that kind of sweeping action.
I think one of the more scary parts is the “National Center On Sexual Exploitation” (NCOSE, formerly known as Morality in Media, a literal right-wing evangelical hate group with a thinly professional veneer) has a statement about ABDL that I have heard pretty much literally verbatim in left-leaning spaces.
Being a little shouldn’t be a radicalizing experience, but it is. And it’s not the fun type, it’s the ‘realizing just how many people will go along with your politics but want you dead for what you do in the bedroom’ type.
Babyfurs have fought HARD to get ourselves established in the furry community as legitimate and even still, you still see people acting weird about it from time to time. But if you go to any furry con in the US, it's going to have a babyfur presence. I am one of the leads on the FWA babyfur panel and we are the largest AD panel by far. So much so that they have to give us two rooms.
In the non-furry space, it's still considered a hyper-extreme kink on par with like scat or vomit or incest or whatever else is considered "too taboo for most porn sites". And it really doesn't help that a lot of the non-furry ABDLs have extreme amount of shame about the kink. It's super common to hear stories about people who don't reveal this side of themselves to their partner until they get married because they're SO SCARED that their partner will automatically assume they're a pedo.
It's a really frustrating situation. And it's made worse because the people affected by it can't really make some sort of public statement or go to the press or whatever without outing themselves.

They're not even TRYING to come up with remotely decent lies, because they don't have to. I have told all my non-ABDL friends about this as well, and most of them are horrified enough to care now. I just hope "now" is not too late.
