I've had a neat idea for another little Dresden Files inspired little thingy.
Writing descriptions is super draining for me, so I'll just copy the Etsy blurb I wrote.
Aluminum Bookmarks from a store that doesn't exist (but would be pretty swell, if it did).
These are a little piece of the Dresdenverse, that never appear in the novels, but feel like they should exist, that you would find them on Artemis Bock's checkout desk in a old coffee mug. "Free with Purchase" on a hand written sign next to them.
A prop from the movie in your mind, that plays when you read the books.
We put a lot of thought into every part of the bookmarks, from the shops address, The phone number, its hours of operation, the return policy and -my favorite part- the logo. The German word "Bock", or "Steinbock" translates to Ram/Capricorn and Artemis seems like he'd be a gruff sort of fellow.
We wanted to make them feel as authentic as possible, so we even dated them in world with the "Ask about our Paranet discount", which places them some time after Small Favor.
Each bookmarks is Printed onto aluminum, with a pewter pentacle charm attached by a red or purple cord.
This is a first product project for a whole ass sublimation system I bought. I really wanted to expand the kinds of things I can make for a long time and the last plaque run sold out within a day, so I could finally afford a whole new cool thingy!
