Yesterday I finally tried Rivals 2. Not a big fan, though I understand its something different from RoA.
But it does feel like while RoA felt like a new, different smash experience, Rivals 2 feels like Melee+, with both the good and the bad from it.
it doesnt help that maypul feels clunkier, with tons of end lag compared to RoA. I'm also not really convinced by how she looks in 3D? And of course, theres no Ori.
I want to see newer characters that I could pick up, but with them releasing both remaining veterans and most likely Dungeons of Aether chars, that could take too long of a while to happen.
