Being normal to someone gigantic highlights the difference in world they must inhabit! If they're visiting the normal-scale part of town, then they stand out in so many ways and cause problems and are problems and it's wonderful. If you're the one visiting them, then all the differences in construction and shelter and comfort that they use themselves would be really cool to see! (How do you make cutlery for a 50 foot titan? Do they even bother? Etc)
Being tiny to someone normal is easier to grasp since the mundane becomes fantastical. Struggling to lift previously weightless objects or surrounded by the panorama of an empty floor or desk. The host is also way more at home in their surroundings so they know where all their utilities and toys are that they would need to entertain (or contain) a tiny guest.
Both are exceptionally good, but I think I'd lean towards the latter. When interaction between big and small is the focus, bigs having a good time (with the willing or reluctant help of a small) is the best part.
