puberty should be strictly opt-in.

It should be opt in and there should be a character creation slider that lets you choose how much puberty to undertake. At least between 0% and 100% but maybe the upper limit should be increased to 200% if the person has signed a waiver. U_U
(sadly a waiver is also necessary for 0%, the bone density issues phobes fearmonger over are real if you never add hormones)
