What’s your fantasy game class/job/etc, and why?
I think in DnD terms, I’m a Grave Cleric- touched by death but in its understanding bringing peace and comfort to those in need as best I can.
In MMO terms, I’m a paladin of some sort- less spurred on by religious fervor in either case, but driven almost entirely by my convictions, my desire to protect and nurture and care.
I can also just cast Smite as a free action IRL but that’s unrelated.
I absolutely trend towards versatile casters. I feel like in most anything I'm some manner of versatile mage, wielding healing magic and elemental kabooms and maybe a sword all at once. I'm an eclectic critter - I have so many interests and a tendency to be Pretty Okay with trying new stuff, so one of those spellcaster classes based on versatility is very me. Think Pathfinder's Magus or FF14's Red Mage, that sorta thing
or just a wizard with a really, really, really fucking long spell list
Weird combo but I agree with the conviction based desire to nurture and care and protect others... but also I like mad science nonsense and all the wacky stuff that can be done with it ^u^
