After kneading your bunny bread dough, put a cloth over the greased bowl it's rising in, and when the dough has doubled in size, remove the cloth and pummel the dough until all the air has been worked out of it and it's a loopy mess. Separate the dough into two equal parts, shape into "logs" and place into a pair of greased bread pans, covering them with cooking spray covered plastic wrap. Let the bunny bread dough rise again until it's an inch above the top of the bread pans. Preheat oven to 350, slide the bread pans onto the middle rack, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Upend the loaf pans on a wire rack, brush liberally with melted butter (butter those buns), and let cool for 15 minutes before slicing, if you have that much willpower. Enjoy! ^u^
