1. my SSDI lawyers FINALLY heard back about my non-medical denial. they plan to call me to discuss the "why" but as I thought we are going to have to move on to a hearing with a judge. I have a phone appt next week to plan and discuss.

2. I have become allergic, intolerant, and/or sensitive to most of what I eat. I need to start over with my gastroparesis diet which is incredibly limiting. it adds to my food phobia so this will be hard. I can't do fiber, high protein, gluten, egg, dairy, food dyes, red sauce, and fruits/veggies

3. sharing this for visibility and combating stigma. my neuropsych results confirmed OCD and rapid cycling bipolar. I just started a mood stabilizer - I took this same one as a teenager but it was combined with another medication and wasn't effective. I'm hoping this time it's different.
