I've legitimately put a Lot of thought into this, more than one normally should, but the answer is probably like, 75% cow, 25% bear?
I always specified (even in original sketches of my sona's look) that she's much more cow than bear, even! The fangs, general shape, and footpaws are all she's got bear wise, really.
