Okay. Really weird, hyper specific question, but: does anyone have tips for avoiding checking/looking at your phone when reading? Because it is a nasty habit I would love to kick so I could get back to reading often again.

I absolutely charge my phone in a different room than the one I sleep and read in, because the activation energy of getting up and walking over is higher than just continuing to read.
