We asked for a shower that could be wheeled up to and transferred into, with a bench at the back of the shower and a sloped surface for drainage. They gave us a shower with a glass wall and a flat bench beside the entrance so if you try to shower, the water pools on the bench and splashes out the door, and if you attempt to use the hand-wand you just spray water directly over your shoulder and out the door. The most insane design i've ever seen in my entire life for a shower. Completely unusable. I was standing in it watching the shampoo drip off my hair and break surface tension on the bench and just make it start flowing straight out the door.
