It has the exact same issue as the Motion Picture in that it's a BIGGER episode of Star Trek with more in your face themes and drama because it's a movie and frankly I think movies and TV being watchable on the same kind of screen is really damaging to both mediums because they are different things

the opening scene on the ent-b was weird for how it used scotty and chekov. they were out of character
