this is incontrovertibly a classics of post but yeah, saying it's just twitter is like... the opposite of making up a guy. Congratulations, you have described a debate/rhetorical problem so old that the debating principle against it dates back to ancient Rome and was given a modern name - "the principle of charity" - in the fifties, and then decided it's a new thing on one webbed site.
eh, it's just somebody giving their feelings on a thing, nobody's exactly precise in their commentary, which is kind of the point of the statement yeah
