Tomme Aux Fleurs and smoked mussels in tomato sauce. Pretty good combo, this cheese honestly does taste like a sun dried tomato on its own.
I’m slowly accepting that I’m not so into alpine style cheeses (this bad boy is Swiss) but I’m still looking for ways to enjoy them anyways!
