Is this about Snap? Are Stars advancement, or rarity? Or are you converting one card to the rarer version of itself?
Nah, I've been playing Soul Hunters lately. The only upgrades to the cards themselves in Snap are cosmetic, though each upgrade increases your level which is usually how you get new cards.
