I've no desire to treat Cohost like a Twitter replacement, but if there is one feature I feel like Cohost could stand to cop, it's the way lists used to work on Twitter like four years ago. Just add a bunch of folks to the "friends" list or "porn artists" or "tech news" and check in on that to see that specific content instead of the one timeline/one firehose of information format.

Actually... I guess you could use Pages that way, hmmm...

I was going to say - The forum's open to any idea, and it's only a dumb idea if it's what the developers said they explicitly don't want to do it. I think I made a suggestion like this too, grouping people up for easier categorization's sake.
