Only Yesterday is my favorite Ghibli movie, but I'd never gotten around to watching the dub they put out a few years ago. Been watching it today a bit during downtimes between cooking, and it seems overall pretty well done, but I am a bit baffled by the choice to have Dev Patel voice Toshio, the rural farmer, and seemingly the only member of his family with a British accent. Patel is a great actor! But it seems like such a weird choice.
