Yeah! That's the biggest aspect of the game that I'm still trying to find a good way to represent in the hook. The rundown is:
There are a number of damage types in the game that, when paired, can deal high amounts of damage or cancel out threatening enemy attacks. Different bugs have different damage types (and some hold more than 1), so finding synergy in both shape and function is the way to master the game.
