IMO Consistency and Convenience are seldom talked about spices in modern cooking. McDonald's fills that role perfectly damn near anywhere you go, state to state, country to country. I legitimately enjoy it.

Honestly the 7 of Clubs is the first thing that comes to mind as the most appealing card. Something about an odd number with an odd-numbered symbol that makes it all work beautifully.

Super Smash Bros. Melee (tbf I enjoy playing this but not at the levels I enjoy watching)
Five Nights at Freddie's
Clock Tower
Spelunky (any version)
Zelda/Super Metroid Randomizers (tbf I haven't tried)
